February Missionary Update!

These students came from nations around the world, hungry to serve and draw nearer to Jesus. In one training session, we focused
on biblical conflict resolution, giving them tools to navigate challenges with grace and truth. Later, we received encouraging news—
they were already applying what they had learned!

Recently, we had the privilege of sharing an encouraging word and a song with the hundreds of dedicated missionaries serving
at YWAM Kona. The occasion was Beautification Day — our campus-wide effort to spruce things up before new students arrive.
The skies had other plans, and rain poured down all day as our team worked outside. But the spirit of the crew was unshakeable
— everyone pressed through with joy and got the job done!

Nick is just one of the many young missionaries we have the joy of walking alongside — coaching, mentoring, and
encouraging them in their faith and their walk with Jesus. Pouring into the next generation is one of the great privileges
of our lives. As they step out in boldness to pursue God’s call, we get a front-row seat to watch Him move in and through
them. We love getting to live out this scripture: “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact
you are doing.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11
 

 
 
We’ve launched a free concert series open to the entire community — a vibrant gathering where missionary
artists bring their full range of musical styles to share the gospel and breathe hope into the hearts of those
around them. By partnering with a local Christian coffee shop and the University of the Nations, we’ve created
a space that’s as welcoming as it is powerful — where people can enjoy great music, hear life-changing testimonies,
and walk away with a free Bible and a hot cup of coffee.

  1. That hearts in the Kona community would be wide open to receiving Jesus at our upcoming outreach concerts
    — and that lives would be forever changed through the power of music and testimony.

  2. For our summer travel plans as we seek God’s direction on which nations He is calling us to minister in — that
    every door He opens would be clear, and every step would be ordered by Him.

  3. For wisdom, discernment, and grace as we mentor and disciple young people arriving at our missions base from
    every corner of the world — that we would speak the right words at the right time and point them closer to Jesus.
