Recently we were asked to train missionaries on How To Work Relationally With Leaders. This was a time of helping young people to “walk in other people’s shoes.” Good leadership is relational, not transactional as it describes in Ephesians 4:2-3,
“Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love. Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace.”
